The Sound I Saw es un grupo creado en flickr por Colette McNamara, que cuenta con más de 1000 fotos y casi 150 miembros. Colette es una fotografa sorda que ha creado este espacio para invitar a todo el mundo a compartir sus experiencias sonoras a través de imágenes fotográficas. The Sound I Saw también es un photobook dedicado al jazz publicado en 1962.

Tell Me What You Hear :)

Im severly Deaf, I hear certain sounds and others I cant hear any more, and in the future I may hear no more!! I have memories of the sounds I could hear before, but what I want to know is, whats you favorite sound, describe how it sounds and tell me why you like it!! :) ita all fun enjoy :)

I adore the sound of 8bit nintendo music!! I can still hear it, as long as its loud, and It takes me back to when I was small fighting with my older brother for the game controler in our room, oh them be the days, and to me it sounds like how bouncing should sound like!! :)
