This is a new build of Csound 5 and CsoundVST with prebuilt binaries for Windows with MinGW, and sources for all platforms.
Built with updated versions of libsndfile, PortAudio, FLTK, and Loris.

New features include user-defined function tables in Csound, and a counterpoint generator in CsoundVST. Experimental PortMIDI support.
Several bug fixes. Removed most compiler warnings (with MinGW, anyway).
