Tagloops is an online application that lets you remix online media, like images, audio and XML feeds with your own text

Use TagLoops to author web content, not into web pages, but into immersive clips that progress over time – we call them Web Movies. Once your media assets are addressable through a URL, you can use them – no need to download or upload again. Your Web Movies play full screen within TagLoops.com Link to them from your web site or blog, or just keep them private.

Web Movie is the term we use for the media item that is the product of the TagLoops application.

A Web Movie is a piece of media that combines visual, audio, textual, and interactive elements that progress over time, as a video movie does. The term Web is used, as all the media items seen in a Web Movie are drawn from the internet, at the time it runs, pretty much the same way a web page may draw elements from anywhere on the web, at the time it is loaded. Web Movies can only be viewed online, embedded in web pages, through a web browser.

Technically speaking the same result, as a Web Movie can be achieved by using desktop programmatic tools, like Flash. A Web Movie however is different, in the sense that it is based on a relatively restricted but standard set of capabilities, that enables it to be encoded in a set of meta-data, like links, timing and layout info.
