EarthEar’s new site is designed as an experiential installation space in which you can wander through «Galleries» that feature different styles of environmental soundscape art. As in an art gallery or museum, you can pause to get a deeper look (or in this case, listen) at pieces that attract you.

All pages in the site contain the menu you see at the left. From here, you can return to the Gallery you were in, switch to a new Gallery, or explore background material offers context on the field and links to others working with enviromental sound art.

You’ll probably do fine just diving in and browsing; however, if you run into confusions (or are the type that likes to know what you’re getting into!), the following overview should keep things clear.
