Sonic Postcards

A unique and innovative project that aims, over the course of three years, to explore and compare the local sound environments of young people right across the UK, the impact of sound on our lives, and the possibilities for creativity through the interaction of these sounds with technology.

Sonic Postcards is concerned with the impact of sound on our lives and as with an ordinary postcard it offers the opportunity for people to exchange information about their local environments with a view to providing windows into a variety of other places, lives and cultures.
